This Remote Sales Agreement governs the relationship between Segma Media (“Company”) and the client (“Client”) regarding the purchase and delivery of digital, creative, marketing, and development services provided through our website, email communication, social media platforms, or any approved digital communication channel.
By requesting or purchasing any of our services, the Client agrees to all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

Projects are initiated based on:

Approved communication via official channels
Payment of the initial deposit or written project confirmation shall be considered official approval to begin the project.

Segma Media will make every reasonable effort to deliver projects within the agreed timeframe.
Certain services include a limited number of revisions depending on the selected package or proposal.
Additional revisions, major scope changes, or requests outside the agreed project scope may result in extra charges or extended delivery timelines.
The Client agrees to:
Provide all required materials and content
Respond to approvals and feedback promptly
Review submitted work within a reasonable timeframe
Complete agreed payments on time
Delays caused by missing materials or lack of communication may impact project delivery schedules.
Due to the nature of digital and creative services, payments made for completed or partially completed work are non-refundable.
Cancellation requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending on the project stage and completed work percentage.
Ownership of final approved deliverables is transferred to the Client upon full payment completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Segma Media reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio, website, or marketing materials unless confidentiality has been officially requested by the Client.
Segma Media respects the confidentiality of all client information and agrees not to disclose project details, account access, or sensitive business information to any third party without prior authorization.
Segma Media shall not be held responsible for:
Third-party platform failures
Hosting/server downtime
Advertising platform policy changes
External integrations or software limitations
Indirect business losses or operational damages outside the service scope
Support periods and maintenance coverage vary depending on the selected service or package.
Support details, response times, and maintenance terms will be defined within the approved quotation or agreement.
Segma Media reserves the right to update or modify this agreement at any time to reflect operational, legal, or service-related changes.
Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement.
