This Remote Sales Agreement governs the relationship between Segma Media (“Company”) and the client (“Client”) regarding the purchase and delivery of digital, creative, marketing, and development services provided through our website, email communication, social media platforms, or any approved digital communication channel.

By requesting or purchasing any of our services, the Client agrees to all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

2. Services Provided

Segma Media offers a wide range of digital and creative services, including but not limited to:

  • Ecommerce Development

  • Branding & Visual Identity

  • Motion Graphics & Video Production

  • Digital Marketing & Advertising

  • SEO & Growth Solutions

  • AI Automation & Smart Systems

  • Social Media Management

  • Custom Software & Web Solutions

The scope of each project may vary depending on the approved proposal or service agreement.

3. Project Approval & Agreement

Projects are initiated based on:

  • Approved quotations

  • Written agreements

  • Email confirmations

  • Approved communication via official channels

Payment of the initial deposit or written project confirmation shall be considered official approval to begin the project.


4. Pricing & Payment Terms

Project pricing depends on:

Payment Structure

6. Revisions & Modifications

7. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Respond to approvals and feedback promptly

  • Review submitted work within a reasonable timeframe

  • Complete agreed payments on time

Delays caused by missing materials or lack of communication may impact project delivery schedules.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital and creative services, payments made for completed or partially completed work are non-refundable.

Cancellation requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending on the project stage and completed work percentage.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership of final approved deliverables is transferred to the Client upon full payment completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Segma Media reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio, website, or marketing materials unless confidentiality has been officially requested by the Client.

10. Confidentiality & Data Protection

Segma Media respects the confidentiality of all client information and agrees not to disclose project details, account access, or sensitive business information to any third party without prior authorization.

11. Limitation of Liability

Segma Media shall not be held responsible for:

  • Third-party platform failures

  • Hosting/server downtime

  • Advertising platform policy changes

  • External integrations or software limitations

  • Indirect business losses or operational damages outside the service scope

12. Support & Maintenance

Support periods and maintenance coverage vary depending on the selected service or package.

Support details, response times, and maintenance terms will be defined within the approved quotation or agreement.

13. Agreement Updates

Segma Media reserves the right to update or modify this agreement at any time to reflect operational, legal, or service-related changes.

Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement.
